We have a private dog park with equal space divided into one side for dogs 30lb and under and one side for dogs over 30lbsl The Park is open dawn to dusk. If you plan to purchase a home in one of our pet friendly 55 plus communities and want to bring your furry friend here with you to Kings Point Suncoast, please understand that the community is composed of 114 individual Homeowner Associations, each with their own individual pet policies. Some of our associations allow pets in homes, and some do not.

The Kings Point Suncoast 55 plus communities that are pet friendly each have slightly varying rules and regulations concerning pets, although all comply with local Hillsborough County codes. Some have limits on sizes of pets, and limits on the type and number of pets each resident may keep in a home. All pets in Kings Point must be leashed or caged and accompanied by their owner at all times when outside the home. Please see the Kings Point Association Pet Policies Quick Reference Guide for specific rules in any of the neighborhoods in which you may wish to live. Final approval for pet ownership rests with each Association’s Board of Directors.
