Kings Point residents and their guests now have exclusive access to explore about 200 acres of former ClubLink golf course land in the heart of the community.

Take a walk, grab your bike or hop in your golf cart and follow miles of paved trails dotted with lush trees, well-manicured neighborhoods and over a dozen ponds that are home to some of Florida’s most unique wildlife.

For nature lovers, you will see several species of native birds, fish, furry wildlife and yes, occasionally reptiles!

Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, the trails are a safe way for Kings Point residents to stay active while walking or biking without competing with motorized vehicles for the roadway.

While on the trails you will see towering old oaks covered with Spanish moss, water lilies giving color and life to our larger ponds and sable palms blowing in a summer breeze.  It’s a peaceful, quiet way to enjoy the outdoors.

These sprawling views are well maintained by ClubLink at the direction of the Kings Point Master Association, but are not monitored or have lights, so using the trails is at your own risk and prohibited after dark.

Leashed pets are welcome. Dog owners are asked to pick up after their pets and not to dispose of waste on property as a courtesy to their neighbors who live in the surrounding homes.

The trails wind their way through several Kings Point neighborhoods and can be conveniently accessed through designated entry points on Hammersmith Drive, McDaniel Street, Cambridge Trail, Kings Boulevard and Clubhouse Drive.
